Breakfast. At 10:00 am check-out. Moving to Valencia. At 3:00 pm arrival in Valencia. Free time. At 6:00 pm sightseeing tour of Valencia (3 hours) At 9:00 pm dinner in port: true Valencian paella, seafood and typical Valencian wine. Overnight.
4th day
Breakfast. At 10:00 am check-out. Visit the best wine cellars of Gandia wine region. Tasting of wine and national Spanish snacks, such as hamon, cheese, olives. Moving to Madrid. At 3:00 pm arrival in Madrid, free time. At 8:00 pm dinner at a restaurant and a visit Flamenco show. Overnight.

Breakfast. At 9:00 am check-out. Moving to the La Rioja region. Rioja is considered one of the most prestigious wine regions of Spain. Traditional Basque cuisine - roasted buffalo meat, cod omelette, and for dessert a hard sheep's milk cheese with walnuts, surrounding the barrels with different varieties of cider (apple wine).
