1st day

16:45 - 18:15 - visit to the Galleria Dell’Accademia, founded by Michelangelo, where the famous statue of David.
Right after the Academy, a short visit to Mercato Centrale - Central Market, which was built in the 19th century, when Florence was the capital of Italy. The revival of the covered market, was a project that aims to restore dynamism and traditions of the old city center, to support artisans and traders who bring to market their products and share a passion for their craft.
After the Mercato Centrale walk to the ancient bar Café Rivoire in Piazza della Signoria for aperitif.
20:15 dinner in one of the best restaurants in Florence.
2nd day
Breakfast. Visit to the Uffizi Gallery with a guide. Uffizi Gallery - one of the most famous museums in the world, which collected a large number of masterpieces and works of art, mostly from the Renaissance. You will see paintings of the great Italian artists such as Botticelli, Giotto, Cimabue, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael.
Light lunch in the family style restaurant of Antinori Family the most important wine producer and noble family in Florence and Tuscany.
Right after lunch you are very close to the hotel but also in the middle of Tornabuoni Street, where all top boutiques are located! Shopping or relax in hotel.
17:00 Cooking class with wine dinner.
3rd day
Breakfast. Check out and leave for the coast of Tuscany. On the way to the coast stop in Pisa, 2-hour guided tour.
13:00 lunch at the Michelin Star Restaurant on the beach. Check in in Countryside Deluxe Hotel.
20:00 Dinner in hotel with wines.
4th day
Breakfast. We will explore the home of the best Tuscan wines of Bolgheri and Suvereto.
10: 30-12: 00 Visit to wineries in Bolgheri and wine tasting.
13:00 Lunch will be organized like a picnic in a beautiful place in nature among the olive trees: a variety of bruschetta, crostini, cold Farro soup, fruits, Tuscan ham, Mozzarella and tomatoes, olives, and of course, good wines ...
After lunch, return to the hotel and relax.
Departure from the hotel at 19:00. After 15 minutes’ drive we get to Suvereto - tiny medieval Tuscan village. The village, located on the slopes of the hills overlooking the Etruscan coast in the green valley of the river Cornia, is a real gem with a rich history and cultural traditions. Thick cork trees, chestnuts and oaks, Mediterranean scrub and olive plantations form unusual landscapes. This region abounds in vineyards and holiday farms where you can sample local produce and traditional dishes. Here, thanks to the mild climate, year-round traditional food and wine festivals held.
19:30 welcome aperitif in Suvereto.
20:00 private dinner in the house, which offers the best local cuisine, accompanied by their own wines.
5th day
Breakfast. We leave the coast of Tuscany and head to taste some of the best Brunellos in the world. Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the unique soil and microclimate, it should be soaked for at least 5 years before release and often come to the market much older. We will visit two producers of this wine.
11:00 - 12:30 - wine tasting in the leading wineries in the Brunello di Montalcino.
13:00 Lunch at traditional family style restaurant, wines not included.
After lunch you can stop for a short visit to the village of Montalcino. Arrive in Chianti Classico. Check in at top Hotel in Chianti Classico. Free night.
6th day
After intense studies of Tuscany, it's time to relax. In the morning we offer to visit the Spa-treatments, a fitness room and relax in the pool.
11:30 leave for the new wine adventures in Chianti Classico. Chianti Classico area covers the communes of Castellina, Gaiole, Greve, Radda and parts of other sub regions. The borders of the Chianti Classico wine production area have remained unchanged from those established by ministerial decree in July 1932. This was the first wine region in the world to ever be given an appellation.
Lunch at top winery in Chianti Classico and visit at the Wine Estate.
After lunch drive to Siena. Free time for shopping and exploring the city. Back to the hotel.
20:30 light dinner in hotel with wines.
7th day
Leave Chianti and go to Florence airport.
