Arrival to Milan or Torin airport.
Transfer to the hotel. Check-in in the chosen “lifestyle” accommodation facility in the beautiful UNESCO
Hills of Langhe and Roero.
Free time. In the evening dinner in traditional Italian restaurant.

Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning guided visit at a well-known wine cellar in the Barolo area and tasting lunch with the expert enologue: a great wine experience with a passionate wine maker, a full immersion in this fascinating world to understand the hard work and passion for the land.
In the afternoon, outing in the woods for an exciting excursion looking for the prestigious Alba
White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) with the truffle-hunter and his dog.
Dinner in a characteristic osteria, with tasting menu.

Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning local cooking class in a characteristic location. Preparation of a traditional menu to discover the roots of our local food & wine culture, picking up some of the secrets behind the flavors and ingredients from an expert cook, alongside magical ways of combining them to create the dishes of the Langhe and Roero in order to take a part of our land back home forever.
After the course, lunch with the dishes prepared, and house wine.
Free time in the afternoon.
Dinner in an elegant gourmet restaurant with tasting menu.

Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning visit to a small local farmer producing the excellent Alta Langa cheese to experience the emotions of living in the countryside, with tasting lunch (cheese, cold cuts, cake, drinks included).

Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel.
Trip to Alba - the capital of Langhe hills and guided walk in the old town among its medieval towers, Romanic churches, liberty buildings and elegant shops.
Entrance to the International Alba White Truffle Fair with the Truffle Market, where the trifolau (truffle hunters) sell their precious “jewels”.
Free time for lunch and shopping.
