General provisions

  • The online booking system represented on our website allows you to search and book airline tickets by yourself at real time with the following payment of the booked ticket by the bank transfer, credit card or in our office Atlas Tour Ltd.
  • Booking online and ticketing is carried out via the terminals of Atlas Tour Ltd., an accredited agent of the Air Transport Association (IATA), hereinafter referred to as operator.
  • By booking an airline ticket and making payment, you agree with these rules and conditions of airline tickets booking and also with the rules of the airline company, which provides direct service in that form, in which it's carried out at the time of booking.
  • To book a ticket and make payment can only legally capable person who reached the age of 18.

The order of booking the tickets

  • In case of booking flight with transfer, irrespective of that, the online booking system offers you this flight as possible, always pay attention to the next moments:
  • An airline ticket is an international transportation document. According to this, all information related to the booking or selling of the airline tickets (personal data, flight description, fare rules etc.), is given in English.
  • While booking of your air ticket your personal data must be the same as written in the document with which you are travelling. According to the rules of the Air Transport Association not more then three mistakes are allowed in the writing of the passenger's name. Herewith the capital letter must be obligatory correct.
  • In case of booking flight with transfer, irrespective of that, the online booking system offers you this flight as possible, always pay attention to the next moments:
    • Minimum connection time; in some cases in the large airports with a high passenger turnover it's not enough for the transfer;
    • The need of passport control at the point of transfer;
    • Baggage claim at the point of transfer in case if you are traveling by different airlines; in rare cases it may be necessary, that's why if you have any doubts - check the relevant information at the Operator or at the airline;

    • Change of the airport at the transfer point; in this case you should consider distance between the airports, way of moving between them and time of day, that defines the traffic on the roads; also in this case, it's important to take into account the need to obtain transit visa.
    • After finishing the booking of the airline ticket you'll receive a notification with your booking number on your email, with all flight details and period during which the ticket should be bought out. After Operator will receive the confirmation of payment, on the same email an electronic ticket will be send.
    • Airline tickets, booked on the same or near standing date, with the same names or last names of the passenger and matching the rout will be automatically cancelled by the airline, regardless of whether payment has been made or not. Therefore, if for some reason you have several identical ticket bookings made ​​at the various agencies or web pages, you need to cancel the duplicate or inform theOperator.

    Amending and cancellation

    • Booking of the airline ticket can be changed or cancelled without any additional charges until you haven't made a payment and the tickets haven't been sold yet. By selling the ticket is implied giving it the number at the stock of the concrete airline, which takes place after receiving the payment on the account of the Operator.
    • Last names and names of the passengers can't be modified in the booked or sold ticket under any circumstances, only by cancelling and creating new tickets if there are any available seats on flights.
    • All changes and cancelations of the booked or sold ticket can be done only at the office of the Operator during office hours, Monday - Friday from 9.00 am till 7.00 pm. In case, if you made a mistake while booking the airline ticket and wish to make any changes or cancelations of the ticket, you have to inform the Operator by phone/fax: +38 044 456 78 15 or by email contact@atlastour.com.ua .

    Cost and payment

    • The cost of airline ticket consists of fare, airport and fuel taxes and also the fee for the service of the Operator.
    • To pay for the booked ticket you can in such ways:
      • Contact the office of the Operator during office hours Monday - Friday from 9.00 am till 7.00 pm.
      • By bank transfer at any bank as a private person or as a legal entity by company's account. With this method of payment you should consider that the cash inflow on the account of the Operator will take some time. To avoid misunderstandings related to the inter-bank cash flow, you should inform the Operator about payments by phone/fax: +38 044 456 78 15 or by email contact@atlastour.com.ua at office hours Monday - Friday from 9.00 am till 7.00 pm.
      • By credit card at the Operator's office; for payment are acceptable such cards VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express. With this method of payment compensation costs for conducting banking transfers are added to the cost of the airline ticket.
    • The cost of the ticket is guaranteed by the airline till 23.59 of the current local time of the Operator. With the beginning of the next day the value can be changed as the upward and downward, because before the sale of the ticket airline reserves the right to change the term of sale, size and number of charges. Also the cost of the air ticket depends on currency fluctuations, which are daily set in the booking system and can differ from the currency rate on the day of booking. In case, if you aren't planning the payment of the ticket on the day of booking to avoid misunderstandings related to the reasons above, before making a payment specify the actual ticket price at the Operator.
    • By the refund, in case of cancellation of the sold ticket (if such possible) Operator service fee is not refundable. Besides, you have to pay penalty cost for the cancellation, if it is foreseen by the airline, according to the fare rules of the sold ticket.
    • In case of any changes made after the sale of the airline ticket (if such possible) the Operator chargers fee for its service. Also, in addition a penalty cost is charged for changes, if any are allowed by the airline, according to the fare rules of the sold ticket.
    • Refunds for the cancelled ticket are carried out only after its income on the account of the Operator from the airline and will be made in the same way as the ticket was paid.

    Responsibilities and obligations

    • Accepting these rules and conditions of the booking tickets, you are responsible:
      • For the correctness and accuracy of the provided information about all passengers for who you are booking tickets;
      • For the actuality of the specified email address, because on it you'll receive the information about your booked ticket and electronic ticket;
      • for any changes you have initiated in the sold ticket, which entail additional charges;
      • for availability of all necessary travel documents for all passengers, and exactly valid passports, visas (include transit), letters of attorney and other documents for traveling children and also medical insurance policy;
      • for the arrival on time of all passengers on check-in; the recommended time for check-in you can find out at the airline and at the Operator;
    • Accepting these rules and conditions of the booking tickets, you agree to:
      • at the request of the Operator provide additional information about passengers, including date of birth, passport number, address, nationality and so on;
      • before paying for the ticket, read fare rules of the booked flight, in particular the sections containing information about the possibility of changing or canceling a ticket;
      • before paying for the flight, specify at the Operator, actual cost of the booked ticket on the day of the planned payment if booking was created days earlier;
      • pay for the airline ticket before the deadline, specified in the booking;
      • make on time all additional payments due initiated by you changes or cancelations of the sold ticket;
      • make on time additional payment in case, if the price of the ticket increased and payment had made without consenting actual cost with the Operator on the day of selling the ticket, which was booked days earlier;
      • Keep the order of flights according to the sold ticket; if you haven't passed any section of the route, airline automatically cancels all your further flight without right to refund money;
    • The Operator isn't responsible:
      • for the consequences occurred in case of your refusal to provide additional information requested about passengers to it;
      • for the cancelling of the booked tickets by the airline in case of non-payment at the indicated period;
      • for the occurrence of the additional costs connected with initiated by you changes or cancelations of the sold ticket;
      • for the change of ticket price till the moment of its sale, related with changes in airline of conditions of sale, size and number of charges and also with change of currency rate on the day of selling the ticket;
      • for the cancellation by the airline of booked tickets with existence of several identical reservations, exactly the coincidence of name, dates and itinerary;
      • For the lost of funds in case of cancelation of the sold ticket by airline, if you haven't flown any flight segment;
      • For the incorrect using of your credit card and also for payments made by third parties in case of their theft or loss;
      • For the airline refuse to transport due to the lack of seats on a flight because of resale;
      • For the actions of the airline, such as change of date and time of the departure, flight delays, cancelation of the flight, rerouting, changing the type of aircraft, baggage loss etc., and also for the damages caused by such actions of the airline;
      • For the shortcomings in the airline, substandard service, non-compliance;
      • with its conditions of booking and fare rules, also for any damages directly or indirectly caused to you as a result of these actions of the airline;
      • for ignorance or failure the requirements along the whole route relative to visa and passport regimes by you, also losses caused with refusal of registers' immigration in entrance into the country;
